The bathroom is shared and upstairs, but hardly anyone will use it since I live alone and don't often have people over. I have my own bathroom. $1050 per month, all utilities included. $1000 deposit. 6-12 month lease. Move-in as early as February 1st. Credit, background, and employment verification, but I really don't care about the credit score more than what's on the credit profile. I strongly prefer if you don't work from home, but it isn't a deal breaker. I am okay with past evictions if they are old enough. I am not super strict as long as you are transparent and honest with me. Single occupant of legal adult age only. I have a Vivint security system with 24/7 monitoring, which you will have access to. 420/smoking friendly as long as you do it outside. Unfortunately, I have to say no pets for now. But I can probably be convinced if your pet is small and it doesn't mess up my furniture. We can talk about it! I am chill and value cleanliness most of all. All shared spaces are accessible to you.
