Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager that will help increase participation of youth residents in sponsored programs and initiatives. Candidate will utilize its intellectual capital, resources, access, relationships, and in-depth understanding of youth baseball and the community to provide strategic oversight and program management.
Roles:
Provide thought leadership, strategic oversight and program management;
Engage resources
Evaluate program ideas and materials;
Provide creative input with step-by-step direction that leads to an executable plan of action;
Create focus on organic community penetration; and
Recommend additional activities/projects for the initiative.
Manage the outreach to youth development and service organizations, community partners, and other pertinent parties to increase awareness and the involvement of youth participants in the Client's programming;
Develop and manage relationships with key personnel in the youth development field, elected officials, and others to provide value to the program; and
Coordinate ancillary community events and initiatives to provide additional publicity value, and brand equity for the Client and cultivated sponsors.
Develop a comprehensive activation plan, which includes detailed tactics, measurable benchmarks, timelines and other needs for program implementation; and
Lead the execution and management of the activation plan.
Secure music, film and entertainment personalities to participate in the program;
Manage the creative integration of talent into events and activation;
Assist with securing talent for media opportunities; and
Coordinate all travel and transportation for talent inclusion.
Participate on team calls and meetings to discuss program progress and implementation;
Manage other vendors and companies, processes and procedures involved in the implementation of the program;
Develop project plans; and
Assist with establishing, refining, and tracking program metrics based on criteria identified by the Client.
