We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills to manage the front desk operations efficiently and be available Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8am-4pm.
More days can be added in the future.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer, return and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, emailing and data entry - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Assist with office management tasks as needed Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse office environment where your skills will be valued.
