Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Support Specialist within our People Operations team, supporting the Talent Management function
This role is integral to enhancing our recruitment backend processes, including coordination of interview schedules and management of recruitment data
We are looking for a highly organized individual who thrives in a high-volume environment and possesses a solid background in a corporate, non-agency setting
The ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
Key Duties:
  • Job Distribution Management:
    Efficiently manage the distribution of job listings to appropriate teams and ensure clear communication regarding open roles.
  • Inbox Oversight for Talent Acquisition:
    Maintain and organize the Talent Acquisition inbox, ensuring prompt responses and effective email management.
  • Applicant Tracking Support:
    Work in tandem with recruiters to keep candidate information up-to-date within our recruitment system.
  • Logistics for Recruitment Events:
    Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and interviews.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing:
    Assist in the development and execution of strategies for sourcing candidates that meet regional needs.
  • Operational Support for Talent Acquisition:
    Execute administrative duties to bolster the recruitment process's efficiency in the region.
  • Bridge for Early Career Initiatives:
    Serve as the connective tissue between programs for early career individuals and the broader business units.
Essential
Qualifications:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3
    years of Recruitment Coordination experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent support or administrative roles within the talent acquisition spectrum.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to forge productive relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in candidate experience.
  • A background in the home construction or real estate sectors is considered an advantage.
