You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and assisting with inventory-related tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or shortages.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Prepare and package items for shipment or delivery.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient stock management.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures when handling inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 49 pounds) when necessary.
Willingness to comply with safety guidelines and procedures.
