Responsibilities:
Work from home position- on call from 8am - 6pm Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, clients, managers and business owners Using telephones, email and text messages to communicate with clients and employees Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and requests for services Preparing daily work such as schedules Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders Being in charge of communications Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, inventory records and other information Develop proficiency in Urable - the company CRM Assist with marketing (ex.
social media marketing) as needed
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs changes Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all clients and employees Leadership ability to manage challenges Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly Job Type:
