Oracle ERP Training
Cloud ERP or R12 training experience.
The candidate will be involved with the Design and develop training materials and facilitate training sessions and workshops with technical and non-technical staff on various systems, software applications, and technologies, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Ability to adapt training content and approach based on the audience s needs and feedback, and technical acumen.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
