The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including booking management, scheduling, housekeeping coordination, payment processing, guest satisfaction, quality control, and property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and availability updates.
Coordinate housekeeping staff schedules and ensure thorough cleaning of all properties.
Facilitate payment processing and manage financial transactions.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards across all properties.
Conduct daily property walks to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Regularly update vacancy and availability status of properties.
Ensure guests provide necessary documentation for rental agreements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality management or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Familiarity with booking and scheduling software preferred.
Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of local regulations pertaining to short-term rentals is a plus.
Salary Range:
$15 - $25 per hour, based on experience.
