Do You Convert is seeking a full-time experienced performance marketer / SEM specialist to lead account management for home builders and developers across North America! As the most trusted name in new home marketing - you'll be joining a team of bleeding-edge experts in the field.
Our benchmarks and average metrics are often 30-50% better than anyone else, and you're going to help us keep it that way! This fully remote position (you must be based in the contiguous 48 states) will allow you to fulfill your personal and professional goals while also making sure you never have to pack a lunch or commute to the office again.
This position is a unique one in that you do not need to have prior experience working with home builders (all other positions require this).
If you've got the skills and drive to be an outstanding marketer, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the world of real estate from top to bottom.
You will focus on managing and optimizing Google-based advertising efforts.
To be successful will require consistent optimization efforts, managing budgets, and proactive management based on business needs - as well as top notch customer service and empathy for our builder partners.
Compensation commensurate with experience - we want to work with the best.
Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads) Responsibilities Consistent optimization efforts to maximize our builder partner's advertising budgets.
Implement our current, proven strategies in Google Ads.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Maintain accuracy of price points, community status (sold out, coming soon, etc), and any listed features.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns Identify SEO opportunities based on SEM data and results Coordinate with individual builder partner requests and goals Other Marketing Responsibilities Regular analysis and reporting of research findings General support and assistance for our builder partners and Marketing Specialists Requirements 2
years of proven digital marketing experience and success driving traffic that converts 2
years of previous experience in Google Advertising running larger or complex account builds Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is a plus.
Strong analytical, technical, and written communication skills Willingness to learn from our proven team members, and also an ability to self-teach when provided with great resources to draw from Organized and driven approach to your career - a desire to be the best in the world at what you do (we can help you make that happen!)
