Holbrook of Decatur QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program Current licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified Previous experience in outpatient, preferred Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed EEO Statement:
