Job Description:
HTC Global is seeking a Business Analyst that has strong Call Center Implementation experience.
They also need this person to have Call Center Knowledge Base experience.
They are implementing 311 services to the client's website and this person will be responsible for modifying their internal Knowledge Base to Public Facing.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the technical support of technology applications and processes to fulfill the business needs.
Creates accurate business requirements and specifications for project implementations and applications as required including working with department personnel to identify, analyze, and implement technology solutions.
Review business requirements and specifications and develop end-user training materials, i.
e.
Quick Guides, PowerPoints, Manuals.
Assist users in documenting new business processes and developing appropriate materials.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
