Responsibilities may include Follow-up with leads to increase sales Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Skills Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson Proven track of successful sales record Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Pleasant and trustworthy MS Office/Google familiarity Real estate agent's or broker's license What we ask of you:
