Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages - Utilize Aloha POS system to accurately input orders and process payments - Promote sales by making menu recommendations and upselling items - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Help maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest services - Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note:
