-Utilize ADP to process payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze payroll data, including financial concepts, debits, credits, and journal entries.
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP.
- Handle payroll tax calculations and ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to payroll activities.
- Assist in audits related to payroll processes.
Work to minimize overtime in all departments Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using ADP.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, debits, credits, and journal entries.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
