Job Description:
As a Guest Service Specialist/Receptionist at Chin-Up Aesthetics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client receives outstanding service from the moment they contact us or step into our spa.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting and Welcoming Clients:
Warmly welcome clients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage appointment bookings efficiently, including coordinating schedules for multiple service providers and handling any changes or cancellations.
Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
Provide information about our services, pricing, and availability, and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing inventory for retail products.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Maintaining Spa Appearance:
Ensure the reception area and waiting area are clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional materials and retail products.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including aestheticians, nurses, and management, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
Messaging and Typing Skills:
Ability to efficiently respond to messages and inquiries via email, text, or social media platforms, maintaining a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the medical spa or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software and basic office applications.
A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.
