Daycare Director
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operations in accordance with state licensing regulations Manage the administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
Market the program, manage personnel, and execute the company's high standards of excellence.
Bring your great ideas and pleasant spirit to help grow and maintain our center culture.
Lead and train new staff Learn and adhere to the center culture Able to set rules in place and not afraid of redirecting staff Able to enroll and retain families each month Job Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of childcare management and early education in Georgia.
Experience in a licensed childcare facility of 40
students.
Strong administrative, supervisory & leadership skills with a talent for building relationships.
A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
