Previous surveillance experience preferred.
The candidate should also have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
The security officer is responsible for making rounds throughout property while keeping watch for any signs of suspicious activity, loitering, safety hazard amongst other details while reporting all findings each hour.
Maintaining vigilance and awareness of surrounding at all times.
Patrolling the grounds or buildings as assigned, regularly.
Report any and all suspicious behaviors/activity, disturbances, safety hazards etcProviding friendly customer service to all customers, residents, and all other individuals when interaction is made Verifying that all access points (doors, windows and/or gates etc.

) are secured on the property Submitting hourly reports through downloaded app provided by companyCommunicating with supervisors and/or local authorities in cases of emergency or if assistance is neededRequirements:
Must be over 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredSecurity guard training certification preferred Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
